Beginnings of the documentation for the CIM App Histories tools.

This is a codebase that is under development, so may change.

Methods and tools are being added on an ad-hic basis.

Contributions of many types are welcome.

New users should start with the user guide: installation, a first run, the command reference for the metadata, classify, and flows workflows, working with results in pandas, and running at scale on HPC. Research methodology is discussed on the methods page.

There are tutorial place holders that will be developed with the code.
